If the sorbet is too soft from working with it, return to the freezer for another 20 - 30 minutes to firm up. Otherwise, serve immediately

Feel free to add more rosé to taste; just note that the sorbet may take longer to freeze Sorbet is best when enjoyed the same day since any leftovers will be a little icy when refrozen
