Gingerbread Glazed Roasted Nuts

- 1½ cups almonds
- 1½ cupa pecans
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsp molasses
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ginger
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
- Add the nuts to a bowl and set aside
- In a small sauce pan, heat coconut oil, maple syrup, molasses and spices over low heat, until well combined
- Pour the glaze over the nuts and mix until evenly coated
- Spread the glazed nuts onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes
- Remove from the oven and form or separate clusters as desired. Nuts will stick together when cooled
- Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight containter
