Pineapple Quinoa Green Smoothie

Recipe type: Breakfast
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
- 1 heaping cup baby spinach
- ½ cup cooked quinoa*
- 1 cup unsweetened non dairy milk (I used coconut)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass, garnish with extra pineapple if desired, and drink immediately
*I used white quinoa, but any variation will do, although the colour of the smoothie may end up being different
