- 1 large banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- ¼ cup cooked quinoa
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 - 2 tbsp peanut butter, plus extra for topping
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into two glasses and devour
