Hey Friends! How’s it goin?
Quick question: What are your thoughts on oatmeal? If you follow me on Instagram, you’d know that I’m more than a little obsessed with oats. I’m always having it for breakfast in some form or fashion – whether it’s granola, baked oatmeal, pancakes or just a good old bowl of hot oatmeal with random mix ins and toppings.
One of the reasons I love oatmeal, is because of how well it fuels me through the day due to all the fibre it contains. Oats are just plain hearty and after eating them, I stay full for a while. Apart from that, I just never get tired of oats because there are so many ways to dress it up and make it taste amazing. And today, I’m gonna share some of my favourites with you.
