Hey Friends! How’s it goin?
I’ve been neglecting you guys in terms of recipes for the last couple weeks on account of being sick, so I’m pretty excited to share this one. When I was home for Christmas I had a chance to use my parents’ seriously cool air popcorn popper.
After I gorged myself on more popcorn than I’m willing to admit to, I decided to do some experimenting and these Sweet and Salty Popcorn Bars were born. They’re chewy, flavourful and full of fibre. Plus they’ve got that unbeatable peanut butter/chocolate combination. In a nutshell, they’re exactly what you’ve been waiting on to spice up your popcorn on movie nights. You can get the recipe over on Savory Style and be sure to pin the image below to save it for later 🙂

Those look delicious– I’ve been into a popcorn habit lately. Such a great healthy snack 🙂 Air poppers are awesome–since I don’t have one at my house, I use a glass dish and microwave it– same effect, no extra appliance 🙂

This is such an important topic! Mental health and physical health are interconnected, and it’s encouraging to see more people recognizing this. The disparities in mental health care among certain groups highlight the need for better policies and resources. We need to ensure that support systems are in place for young adults, mothers, and marginalized communities. Raising awareness and providing proper care can make a significant difference in people’s lives. Thanks for this insightful post!

It’s interesting how the Forster et al study provides concrete evidence that NHS Health Checks help identify CVD risks in seemingly healthy adults, yet the Caley et al study seems to get more attention despite its smaller scale. It really raises the question of how data is interpreted and used in public health debates. Thorough health screening programs clearly have value when you look at the larger picture.moringa in powder
