24 Healthy No Bake and Frozen Snacks and Desserts

22 May, 2015 by Giselle Rochford 17 Comments

Now that the sun is finally out on a consistent basis I’ve been getting excited about all the summer foods and treats to come. I’ve been having more and more smoothies and cold drinks recently and a couple weeks ago I even did a roundup of healthy smoothie recipes. That was a great start to welcoming the warmer wather, but this week I found myself asking, “Why stop there?”

24 healthy no bake and frozen recipes to keep you cool this summer via @ExSloth | ExSloth.com

As it heats up, my desire to turn on my oven wanes. I love baking, but I’ve already started to feel the itch to get creative in the kitchen in different ways. Since I don’t have to worry about eating foods that will keep me warm, or using the oven to give my apartment some extra heat, now seems like the prefect time to experiment with smoothies, drinks and no bake and frozen treats. So today, I wanted to share some of my favourites and the more interesting ones I’ve found around the web with you.

No-bake treats have been my LIFE, and temperature really has nothing to do with it considering I was drinking ice cold smoothies in the dead of winter 😛 Thanks for including my bites!
